Why do a lot of gay teens say that frat boys are homophobes?
It's different for me. Most jocks around me are actually gay-friendly. In fact, they are more tolerant than nerdy-*** guys. Jocks feel very comfortable around me. Yesterday I was at a community college practicing wrestling and I told someone that I'm gay. He just said, "you look pretty straight and have a deep voice." He didn't run away or anything. Why do I see tolerance from these guys, but other American teens would say they are complete homophobes? I'm from SoCal.

Its a stereotype of jocks or 'frat boys', which I think might have a little basis to it. You also have to consider where you are from SoCal... Go to any Midwestern or Southern state and I'm sure that it wont be as gay friendly. Like others said you are a jock too so they don't see you as stereotypical gay.

Why do all the hot women of college age in America ?

I'm 1/2 Russian. I was born in St. Petersburg, moved to the States when I was 2 years old. I went back to serve in the Army when I was 18 (I was still a Russian citizen technically). They LOVE American men. Excuse my English, but I never laid more in my life. And I, for all intents and purposes was an American to them. Same situation when I visited Brazil two years back, women basically fall over with their legs spread when you tell them you're from the states.

Is he gay or bi?
Ok its the age old question of is he gay-he being one of my really good friends that ive been crushing on for the past two years. My friends think he may be gay or bi because of:
-hes said of being a jock or gay stereotype, hed be gay
-he has a fem-ish walk
-he said hes the gayest straight guy i would ever meet
-hes looked me in the eyes six times saying if i was gay, he wouldnt care [i finally came out to him and he was cool with it and smiled and laughed; when i asked him if he was SURE he was ok with it, he just smiled and said dont worry]
-my friends say we flirt at lunch sometimes
-i could have sworn ive seen him looking at me in the lockerroom
-hes invited me to see him in his swimteam speedo [not sure if he was guyding]
-he invited me to some of his meets
-hes admitted to being able to be in a gay relationship and that if he was he would be the guy
-he said that he wouldnt mind a gay college room mate

he might not be bc he liked this one girl but got put in the friendzone

My advice is never assume he is gay unless he tell you personally. Perhaps you can ask him whether he is one when the situation is in a tense mood and show him a serious look when you ask.

I had a classmate who I initially thought he was gay as he used to tickle me and slide his fingers across my back when nobody was looking. Come to think of it perhaps he suspected me is gay so he use his handsome look and gayish behavior to test me out. He is just suck and I guess we are friend no more.

Everyone thinks he's gay. How can I deal with this?
Everyone around me believes that either the guy who I'm involved with now is completely homosexual or is pretending that he might be so that I'll trust him more and so that it'll be easier for him to get in with me. What's up with teenage gay guys and Abercrombie/Hollister/etc.?
